Acceptance

The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is a necessary condition for using the luggage locker rental service. Your acceptance implies that you have read these conditions and accept, expressly and voluntarily, each and every one of the provisions established herein, committing yourself to comply with them.

LOCKERSRONDATRIANA reserves the right to introduce modifications to the terms of use at any time, although the Service User will only be bound by the terms and conditions of use published at the time they made their reservation.

LOCKERSRONDATRIANA reserves the right of admission to its facilities when circumstances advise it.

Service Features

The service provided consists of the temporary rental of one or more luggage lockers, which will be managed by the user themselves and reserved exclusively through the website https://www.lockersrondatriana.com/.

Service Conditions

General Aspects

  • The User agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the lockers in accordance with applicable legislation, these terms of use, morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order.
  • The User acknowledges that the rental and use of the lockers takes place freely and consciously, under their exclusive responsibility, and LOCKERSRONDATRIANA shall not be responsible for such use.
  • To rent the lockers, the User must provide the requested personal data, email, and telephone number. Providing false data will result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • LOCKERSRONDATRIANA may suspend or cancel access to the service in case of breach of these conditions.

Reservation Process

  • Access to the use of the lockers requires prior completion of the reservation form available at https://www.lockersrondatriana.com/.
  • The data provided must be accurate and truthful.
  • After completing the reservation and payment, the User will receive an email with access details and proof of payment.
  • The User is responsible for verifying the size and weight of their luggage. No refunds will be accepted if luggage exceeds permitted limits.
  • In case of refund, banking commissions plus €5.00 in management fees will be deducted.

Limitations of Use

  • The lockers may only be used for temporary storage of luggage and personal belongings.
  • It is strictly forbidden to store flammable, toxic, harmful, or dangerous substances.
  • The User shall not make any illegal or harmful use of the lockers.
  • The User must observe maximum diligence in the use and conservation of the lockers.
  • The User must maintain communication devices active during the reservation period.
  • The User is responsible for ensuring that the locker doors and entrance doors are correctly closed.
  • The User authorizes LOCKERSRONDATRIANA to inspect the locker contents for security reasons.
  • LOCKERSRONDATRIANA reserves the right to limit the number of lockers per User.
  • Availability of lockers is not guaranteed.

Failure to Collect or Late Withdrawal of Deposited Items

  • If the User does not empty the locker at the end of the reservation, LOCKERSRONDATRIANA may remove its contents.
  • After 30 days without contact, items will be considered abandoned and may be destroyed.
  • If recovered before 30 days, the User shall bear daily storage costs, shipping expenses, and a €30 penalty.

Assistance service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday:

Responsibility

The service does not constitute a contract of deposit or safekeeping. The User assumes all risks and responsibilities for stored goods. LOCKERSRONDATRIANA shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, or misplacement.

LOCKERSRONDATRIANA shall not be liable for failures due to improper use, technical issues, connectivity problems, maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

Force Majeure Situations

LOCKERSRONDATRIANA shall not be responsible for failure to comply with obligations duedue to force majeure, including war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, or legal restrictions.

Termination of Reservation and Access to Facilities

LOCKERSRONDATRIANA may terminate access immediately in case of breach. Abandoned items may be destroyed without compensation.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
