CMT GESTION Y SERVICIOS, S.L. acts solely as a provider of the locker rental service and assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents deposited therein. The service does not constitute a contract of deposit, safekeeping, or custody.

4.2. Insurance

CMT GESTION Y SERVICIOS, S.L. holds civil liability insurance covering up to €150 per locker in respect of stored contents.

4.3. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise for failures resulting from force majeure events in accordance with Spanish law.
